Her uncle, #DavidWesleyPrevatte, #DavidPrevatte was inside the home that night and after 5 years of investigation, Prevatte was charged with her murder. He was actually a person of interest for four years before his arrest. Now, nearly nine years after Paitin鈥檚 death, Prevatte is finally on trial and the prosecution and defense just laid out two very different versions of what happened inside that home. Prosecutors point to Paitin鈥檚 injuries, a young eyewitness to the homicide, DNA testing and a pair of red earbuds. The defense says investigators focused on Prevatte early and through confirmation bias, botched this murder investigation. Let鈥檚 look at this case and try to figure out what the jury is actually going to have to decide.#DavidPrevatte #PaitinFields #DavidWesleyPrevatte #ChildMurder #ChildHomicide #DV #DomesticViolence #PenderCounty ========================================Website: www.ProfilingEvil.com========================================Email your questions to: ProfilingEvil@gmail.com========================================馃挸 DONATE: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=T54JX76RZ455S馃挼 PayPal: https://paypal.me/profilingevil馃暤锔廈ECOME A MEMBER: https://www.youtube.com/profilingevil/join馃洅SHOP MERCH: https://www.profilingevil.com/profilingevilshop馃摉SHOP BOOKS: https://www.profilingevil.com/storeSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
