Always Hungry: Abby: Protein Balls 2 cups oats If using regular oats: blend 1 cup, leave 1 cup whole If using protein oats: blend 1¾ cups, leave ¼ cup whole ½ cup shredded coconut ½ cup ground flaxseed 3 scoops CSE protein powder (I like vanilla or snickerdoodle) 1 cup peanut butter ½ cup honey ¼ cup maple syrup Tiny pinch of salt (no more than ¼ tsp) ½ cup mini chocolate chips 2 tbsp milk, or more if you want more of a cookie dough texture Instructions Mix everything together until combined.
