Description: Donald Trump sued the Wall Street Journal in federal court in Southern Florida, perhaps hoping that he would again draw Aileen Cannon as a judge. But he didn't. Rather, the same judge that presided over the lawsuit Trump brought against Michael Cohen - Judge Darrin Gayles - was assigned the Wall Street Journal case.Judge Gayles has seen the Trump show before . . . in court . . . up close and personal. After suing Cohen for $500 million, Trump abandoned the suit right before he was going to have to testify under oath at a deposition. So it seems like Judge Gayles is quite familiar with Trump's TACO modus operandi. For nightly live Law Talks, please join Glenn on Substack: glennkirschner.substack.comIf you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner  If you'd like to support Glenn and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/glennkirschn...TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/glennkirschner2See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
