In his role, Patrick oversees the strategic direction, culture, and operations of Missouri State’s Division I athletic department while supporting student-athletes, coaches, and staff across multiple sports. Throughout his career in athletics administration and coaching, Ransdell has built a reputation for strong leadership, relationship building, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. At Missouri State, he has helped guide the Bears’ athletic programs while focusing on long-term growth, student-athlete experience, and building a championship mindset throughout the department.
