In his role, Patrick oversees the strategic direction, culture, and operations of Missouri State’s Division I athletic department while supporting student-athletes, coaches, and staff across multiple sports. Throughout his career in athletics administration and coaching, Ransdell has built a reputation for strong leadership, relationship building, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. His approach emphasizes character, culture, academic success, and competitive excellence. At Missouri State, he has helped guide the Bears’ athletic programs while focusing on long-term growth, student-athlete experience, and building a championship mindset throughout the department.
