Dr. Scotta Morton, goforitmpc.com Dr. Morton received her PhD in Sport Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2014 and was trained and mentored by legendary sport psychology practitioner and founder of Missouri Institute for Positive Coaching, Dr. Rick Mcguire. A product of Bozeman, MT, Dr. Morton played college basketball for the Montana State Bobcats (‘03-’07). In her spare time, she loves a good game of PIG, exploring nature, and watching live music. Previously, Dr. Morton was the Assistant Athletic Director of Mental Performance & Psychological Services from the University of Missouri Athletic Department, where she served college athletes, coaches, and staff for 11 years. Dr. Morton led a team of three mental performance coaches providing performance and sport psychology services in a comprehensive and integrated sport psychology delivery program. Her work is grounded in strong personal/team development and holistic well-being.
