Set aside.• In a medium bowl, add the butter and peanut butter, and beat until creamy. Add the brown sugar, the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture, and beat to combine.• Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine everything. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon out 12 portions of the dough onto the baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. The cookies are done when the edges start to turn golden brown. As they cool, they will deflate.
