Mary Kay Cabot: Deshaun Has the Edge, But It's "Not Over Yet"
Podcast: The Ken Carman Show with Anthony Lima
Published On: Thu Aug 20 2026
Description: Mary Kay Cabot joins Ken Carman and Anthony Lima to break down the Browns' quarterback race, saying Deshaun Watson's command of Todd Monken's QB-centric offense gives him the edge but that Shedeur Sanders' explosive playmaking has kept the competition genuinely alive. She also warns fans could boo Watson the way they booed Dylan Gabriel last year given Shedeur's cult following, praises a defense that hasn't even been at full strength yet, and weighs in on Ken's "how old is too old" debate by drawing the line at first grade.
