Would Browns Fans Forgive Watson Even If He Plays Like an MVP?
Podcast: The Ken Carman Show with Anthony LimaPublished On: Wed Sep 30 2026
Description: Ken and Lima ask whether two straight fourth-quarter wins have softened anyone on Deshaun Watson, admitting they're excited about the 2-1 start while still expecting him to be gone next year and wanting to see real accountability if things go south on Thursday. Brett in Columbus says nothing will ever win him over because Watson didn't want to come to Cleveland until the guaranteed money arrived, which kicks off a debate over whether that was a negotiation tactic. Brian in Philadelphia wonders if Watson's friendlier postgame tone is just face-saving ahead of free agency.
