Nobody Agrees With This Rule to Stop Teams From Ruining Quarterbacks
Nobody Agrees With This Rule to Stop Teams From Ruining Quarterbacks
Podcast: The Ken Carman Show with Anthony Lima
Published On: Tue Sep 29 2026
Description: Ken proposes that a team drafting a quarterback in the top 10 can't take another one there for three years, arguing it would force franchises to develop QBs instead of tanking and starting over. Lima, Owen, and caller Nick tear into the idea, saying it has only been an issue twice in NFL history and would kill the yearly hope that a new quarterback brings. The debate touches on the Titans and Cam Ward, Johnny Manziel, Dante Moore, and Arch Manning, and Ken ends up defending an unpopular opinion while hoping the next guest will back him up.
