Why Shedeur Sanders Shouldn't Start Sunday, Even If Watson Struggles
Why Shedeur Sanders Shouldn't Start Sunday, Even If Watson Struggles
Podcast: The Ken Carman Show with Anthony Lima
Published On: Tue Sep 15 2026
Description: Ken and Anthony debate Ohio State quarterback prospects, with Ken admitting he's cooled a bit on Julian Sayin while getting even higher on Arch Manning after his comeback performance. The bulk of the segment is Ken laying out a "galaxy brain" case for why the Browns should actually keep Deshaun Watson starting against Baker Mayfield and Tampa Bay, rather than throwing Shedeur Sanders into a no-win cleanup job, since Watson made the mess and should be the one to answer for it.
