It’s part of a “Summer Crime Suppression Operation.” The goal is to reduce crime, prevent dangerous situations & keep teens safe at night. A group in Fresno called the Church of Lucifer launched a kids program called “Tiny Torches.” It’s focused on teaching esoteric arts, nature-based beliefs, and free‑thinking ideas to young people.
