Romania accuses Russia of attacking Black Sea tankers

Description: Romania has accused Russia of carrying out an attack on an oil tanker in the Black Sea. Seven crew members remain missing in the latest of a spate of drone attacks on merchant shipping off the coasts of Bulgaria and Romania. We hear from the Romanian foreign minister, Oana Țoiu.
