She has been dealing with the family court and child support court for over 10 years Carmela was told by her ex-husband that she “breached my side of the marriage contract” when she wanted to start a family. After the tirade of x, they both agreed to start a family. However, the ex-husband wouldn’t allow Carmela to work part-time against her pleas, once children were born. She was always self-supporting. The boys and she wanted for nothing. Their lives looked like a postcard to the outside world! But inside, the boys and their MOTHER were subjected to her ex's demonic rage on a daily basis. Carmella did it until she couldn’t do it anymore. It took her 3 years to find the courage and strength to file for divorce. She was terrified the day he would be served, which was the Friday of memorial weekend 2015. She planned for both boys to have sleepovers. Her therapist urged her to get herself and other dog out of the home before the ex-husband appeared. The beginning of the nightmare would NOW begin. From the onset he used their eldest as his PAWN! Her children were ages 12 and 9 when Carmela filed. The SCHOOL suggested that she allow her eldest to live with the ex-husband temporarily. Things had become explosive and the eldest was confused and angry as the ex-husband fueled that confusion and anger, churning Stockholm Syndrome and Parental Alienation. The eldest was acting out horrifically. What was supposed to be "temporary" stay, ended up being 6 months during the arduous month after month of the forensic psychiatry report to be completed. The renowned "Dr. M," told Carmela “as long as these children are minors, he will never coparent with you!” Little did she know what those words would really mean!
