Description: Detroit Lions fell to the Houston Texans in the final NFL Preseason game before the regular season begins. Detroit Lions will take on the Green Bay Packers in Week 1 of the NFL season. Detroit Lions backup quarterback Kyle Allen threw a 33-yard touchdown to rookie wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa for the Detroit Lions’ only touchdown. Detroit Lions also announced Robert Porcher, the teams all-time sack leader will be inducted into the Pride of the Detroit Lions in a special ceremony coming up in September. A graduate of Michigan State University, Kerwin is a Michigan girl through-and-through and the definition of a Detroit Sports fanatic!  Jake Riepma is a sports talk radio host and on-air personality formerly with 97.1 The Ticket - the flagship radio station for the Detroit Lions.
