Then, the plaintiff claims he found an apartment for the defendant, but he hasn’t paid him his commission fee, so he’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff doesn’t deserve the commission. Plus, the plaintiff brought his car to the defendant’s shop for a new transmission. However, the vehicle now needs a new transmission because of the defendant’s awful work, so the plaintiff is suing.
