Description: The plaintiff says he was hired by the defendant to do some website and app design, but he only got two-thirds of the money promised. He’s suing for the money owed. The defendant says he took the defendant in, gave him a place to stay, and offered a letter of reference. He says he owes him nothing.   Then, the plaintiff says the defendant was driving carelessly, crossed over the yellow line, and smashed into his car. He says the defendant admitted it was his fault and begged him not to call the insurance, but now he’s refusing to pay up. He’s suing for the cost of car repairs. The defendant claims it was a snowy day and the plaintiff was fishtailing. Plus, the plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendant for years. She claims that the pipe under her bathroom sink burst one day and flooded, and now the defendant is trying to keep the security deposit. She claims it wasn’t her fault, so she’s suing for the money back.
