Then, the plaintiff says the defendant ran into her car while jogging, damaging the vehicle, and now won’t communicate with her. She had to spend money to repair the car, so she’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff hit him so hard he flipped in the air, and says it’s her fault. He is countersuing for the cost of an ambulance.
