The defendants argue the plaintiffs did a terrible job and damaged their house. They’re countersuing for damages. Plus, the plaintiff rented a house from the defendant and thinks he was a great tenant. He says the defendants are withholding his security deposit because they’re making bogus claims about damages, so he’s suing.
