Description: The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend, and they lived together for four years. He claims she refuses to return his dog to him, so he’s suing for the cost of the dog and potential breeding profits. The defendant says the dog was a gift for both of them, and she kicked him out because he cheated. She claims the dog was killed when she jumped out of a moving car, but the plaintiff doesn’t believe her.  Then, the plaintiff says he dropped his truck off at the defendant’s repair business, but the guy parked it on the street and it was towed. It racked up thousands in fees, so he’s suing the defendant for that money to get his truck back. The defendant says they work at the same company and he was to work on the truck in his spare time.
