Description: The plaintiff says she saw the defendant for some dental work, but she claims he could never get it right. She says he kept charging her for impressions of her teeth and used a dental hammer on her. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff went missing for a year after she ordered dentures and they no longer fit. He said he’s tried to help her over and over again and she’s never paid a penny. Then, the plaintiff says she bought a car from the defendant and paid him two-thirds of the price. When the car died two weeks later, the defendant took the car and won’t give it back till she pays the balance. She’s suing for the down payment. The defendant says the car works fine and claims he found dope in the dashboard. Plus, the plaintiff says he and the defendant became roommates after meeting at the bar where they worked. He claims his former buddy stiffed him on rent, so he’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff moved in with his girlfriend and left him holding the bag.
