Description: The plaintiff says the defendant is her deceased son’s fiancée, who won’t return his Harley-Davidson and Mustang to her. She’s suing the woman for the money she’s owed for the vehicles. The defendant says her fiancé was accidentally shot and killed. She claims she and her fiancé were together for 10 years and share a child, plus both vehicles are in her name. She says she also refuses to turn over his ashes or death certificate. Then. the plaintiff says his son attends Rutgers and rents a home from the defendant with six friends. He claims the defendant lied about spending money to clean the house and is taking advantage of the students. He’s suing to get their security deposit back. The defendant says he rents to college students and alleges they are messy. He claims the place was covered in garbage and beer cans, so he withheld money to cover the costs to clean it up.
