Podcast: The People’s Court Podcast
Published On: Fri May 26 2023
Description: The plaintiff says the defendants are his neighbors and they share a long fence between their properties, but it blew down. They agreed to split the cost but then backed out, so he’s suing. The defendants say they never agreed to the terms, and they claim the worker did a poor job.  Then, the plaintiff says she brought her car to the defendants’ shop to get the oil changed and then noticed oil in her driveway when she got home. She brought the car back, they charged her for a diagnostic, and told her she had leaks and a loose wire. She’s suing for what she’s owed back. The defendants say they would have fixed issues they caused, but her issues were unrelated to an oil change and she went on a rant.  Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
