She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says he’s been in business for decades, and says the plaintiff was nervous during her road test, but that’s not his fault. Plus, the plaintiff says she agreed to buy a car from the defendant. After she put down a deposit and traded her car in, she claims he bumped up the price by thousands, so she’s suing for her money back.
