Description: The plaintiff was competing in an adult league soccer match when he says the defendant ran into him at full speed to intentionally hurt him, so the plaintiff is suing for medical bills. The defendant insists he did not injure the plaintiff on purpose, and he was just passionate about the game. The defendant is countersuing for malicious prosecution and abuse of civil procedures. Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to monogram his dress shirts with his initials on the cuffs. However, when the plaintiff picked them up, he says the monograms were plastered on the front of the shirts instead, so he’s suing.
