They’re refusing to return her security deposit, so she’s suing for every penny she’s owed. The defendants say the plaintiff moved out late, broke doors, and damaged the bathroom, so they had to use some of the deposit for repairs. The plaintiff says her friend stole her credit card and used it for unauthorized purchases. She’s suing for the money back. The defendant says the plaintiff gave her the card at the veterinarian’s office because her dog was vomiting blood.
