Description: The plaintiff says she let the defendant use a store membership card, but now the woman refuses to reimburse her. She’s suing for every penny of what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff is using her own receipts and trying to claim the defendant made those purchases. She denies owing anything. Then, the plaintiff says she loaned the defendant some money because he was a fellow church member in need. Now he won’t pay her back, so she’s suing him for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff gave the money to the church and didn’t put the money in his hand, so he owes nothing. Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant avoided a cat with his car and crashed into her fence and chicken coop. She claims he promised to pay for the damages but never did, so she’s suing him for the repair costs. The defendant says he left a note for the defendant and said he’d fix the fence, but he alleges the plaintiff told him to stay off her property.
