The defendant claims he gave the plaintiff a price for the job, but then he tried to get additional work for free. Then, the plaintiff used to be in a relationship with the defendant, and they have a child together. She claims the defendant broke her computer and now won’t pay her back, so she’s suing for the cost of the laptop. The defendant argues he broke the computer by accident. He says the plaintiff told him not to worry about it, but then her mom’s boyfriend got in the middle of it all, so now they’re in court. Plus, the plaintiff purchased a car from the defendant. He claims the engine was cracked, and now the car overheats. He’s suing for the cost of car repairs.
