Description: The plaintiff ordered hair extensions from the defendant’s shop. When the plaintiff went to pick them up, she claims they were the wrong length, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff is suing him for no good reason. If she didn’t want the hair extensions, she shouldn’t have left his shop with them.  Plus, the plaintiff brought his motorcycle into the defendant’s shop for repair, but he claims the defendant’s workers intentionally put grease on his tires so that he’d have to return for more work. The minute he got out of the shop, the plaintiff says the grease caused him to crash into a van, so the plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant insists his workers would never do such a thing, and the crash was clearly the plaintiff’s fault. Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to custom create balloon centerpieces for her wedding. The plaintiff was horrified by the result. The balloons didn’t have enough helium in them and some even deflated during the party, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims when she set up the balloons, everything looked great. It wasn’t until a week after the wedding that the plaintiff complained because five balloons didn’t float right. The defendant would have adjusted them if the plaintiff had said something in the first place. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode. Learn more about your ad choices.
