Description: The plaintiff says he worked for the defendant’s company setting up appointments by phone. He claims he’s getting stiffed on his wages, so he’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff didn’t keep a record of his hours and appointments, so he doesn’t believe he has to pay him anything. Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to train her two dogs, but when she got them back, they had burn marks from being zapped, gashes, and other injuries. They were also untrained, dehydrated, and had worms. She filed a police report for animal abuse, and is suing for her training money back. The defendant says the plaintiff is a scammer who sent his dogs to him because they fought, which is why they had cuts. Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant crashed into him while he was at a standstill in a parking lot. The defendant is refusing to cover the damages, so the plaintiff is suing.
