Description: First, the plaintiff says the defendant backed into his motorcycle and knocked it down, damaging it. Not only that, the guy never told him and he had to get surveillance footage from his building. He’s suing for what he’s owed for damages. The defendant says the plaintiff was parked illegally in the defendant’s assigned spot, and all that happened was a broken mirror. Then, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to do some yardwork, but the guy never finished the job before he took off. He claims he had to pay a new landscaper to get it done, so he’s suing for that cost. The defendant says he wrapped the job and was paid — and tipped — and now the plaintiff wants his money back? Plus, the plaintiff says he has five cars serviced at the defendant’s garage, but all of them have problems. He alleges the defendant won’t honor his warranties, so he’s suing for the state maximum, $5,000. The defendant says the plaintiff is a troublemaker who still owes him money.
