Description: The plaintiff says the defendant is his nephew, who he had added to his cell phone account. He claims the defendant stopped paying his bill, so he’s suing him for the balance due. The defendant says his uncle was a tyrant when it came to living together, and he was only two days late on paying his uncle back. Then, the plaintiff rented a room from the defendant. He says it was a nightmare situation because he couldn’t use the kitchen and the defendant diverted his mail. He claims she kicked him out of the apartment because he wouldn’t have sex with her, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendant argues the plaintiff was the one who came onto her. Plus, the plaintiff says he takes his car to the defendant’s car wash at least once a week. He argues the brush knocked his side mirror off, so he’s suing for the cost to fix a mirror. The defendant says the plaintiff’s mirror was fine until the plaintiff started moving it. The defendant says his car wash doesn’t cover damage on vehicles over five years old and he has disclaimers saying his company is not at fault.
