Description: The plaintiff says the defendant is her neighbor, and they don’t get along. She says she tried to get an order of protection because the woman and her dog harass her and her dog mercilessly. She’s suing for the harassment. The defendant says the plaintiff was a nightmare who would start confrontations and videotape her through her windows. The plaintiffs say they hired the defendant to do a house inspection for a home they were buying and he said it looked fine. Turns out the home’s roof was shot and the oil tank was rotted. They’re suing for what it will cost them to fix the problems. The defendant says he listed all the items, and they’re grasping at straws. The plaintiff says he bought a car from the defendant, but he pulled a switcheroo and dumped on old car on him. He says the defendant threatened him, and he wants his money back.
