The defendant says he fixed them up and the plaintiff bought them as-is, only to come back two weeks later complaining. He says he isn’t refunding anything. The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to build him an aboveground pool and paid in full, but he was charged for several things he never received and now wants a partial refund. The defendant claims the pool came in from the manufacturer missing parts, but the plaintiff wanted the pool installed anyway.
