He says she refuses to repay him, so he’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says she doubts he didn’t know he was paying for it for a year, and she claims she owes nothing. Plus, the plaintiff says he brought his van to the defendant’s shop for repairs, but he claims the defendant faked the post-repair inspection. The plaintiff says his tires were in bad shape, but the defendant charged him hundreds, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff’s van was 25 years old and he repaired what he could. He claims the plaintiff showed up six months later looking for a refund.
