Description: The plaintiff says he and the defendant have been friends for years. He claims he’s helped him out with loans for baby food and diapers, but his friend never pays him back, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff gave him a large amount of marijuana to sell, but he and his friends smoked it. He claims the loan doesn’t exist. Then, the plaintiff says she bought a full-size mattress from the defendant, but he delivered a queen and it doesn’t fit her bed frame. She says he told her to bring it back, but she doesn’t have a car. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says he’s already taken back one mattress and will refund her if she returns the mattress, which he’ll donate. Plus, the plaintiff says he sold the defendant a Cadillac car shell, and the defendant loved it. He hasn’t paid the plaintiff a dime for it, so he’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff had it lying around and says he told him he could have it for free. He’s countersuing for unauthorized removal of car parts.
