Description: The plaintiff says he and his mother rented a place from the defendant, but it turned out to be an illegal rooming house full of drunks and criminals. Then, the plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendants, but nothing worked. When she complained, they left a vulgar message, so she moved out because she felt unsafe. She’s suing for what she’s out. The defendants say the plaintiff is annoying and moves from place to place trying to avoid paying rent. They deny owing anything, especially since she broke the lease. Plus, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to make T-shirts for a biker event, but almost all of them were defective and he wasn’t able to sell them. He’s suing for the maximum allowed. The defendant says he delivered the shirts, but the plaintiff waited 45 days to complain. He alleges it’s because the sales were slow and the plaintiff is trying to make up his losses.
