Description: The plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter. She claims the defendant and her boyfriend stole her mail, owe her money, and refuse to pay it back, so she’s forced to sue. The defendants say the plaintiff removed things from the home and kicked them out onto the street. They’re countersuing for their ruined belongings.  Then, the plaintiff is an architect, and he claims the defendant cut off communication after hiring him to design a gate and wall. He’s suing for the outstanding fees. The defendant claims the plaintiff kept trying to upsell him with complicated drawings and add-ons. He refuses to pay extra.  Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant hit his car and promised to pay for repairs without going through insurance. He says the defendant is now ducking him, so he’s suing for the cost of fixing the vehicle.
