She claims he damaged her house when he sprayed varnish on it when he was fixing his fence and he won’t pay for the damage. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant admits his pump sprayer oversprayed, and he offered to have a contractor repair it, but the plaintiff refused. He’s countersuing for what he paid the contractor to try to fix it.
