Description: The plaintiffs say their dog was attacked by the defendants’ dog. Then, the plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendant but was forced to move out. She claims she never got her security deposit back, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff melted the microwave oven, never paid rent, and broke multiple things all over the apartment. He’s countersuing for damages. Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant merged into his lane on an expressway and crashed into him. He’s suing for the cost of his insurance deductible.
