Description: The plaintiff rented a furnished room to the defendant, but things didn’t work out because the defendant allegedly walked around naked and sat on her couch. When he moved out, the defendant reportedly left the room in poor condition, so the plaintiff is suing for the cost to clean up his mess. The defendant claims everything was fine until the plaintiff’s boyfriend moved in. The defendant is countersuing over payment of the cable bill as well as pain and suffering.  Then, the plaintiff says he shipped some packages for the defendant, but the guy won’t pay him the money he’s owed, so the plaintiff is suing for unpaid wages. The defendant alleges that the plaintiff messed up the tracking of some packages he sent through his mail center, and if anyone is owed money, it’s not the plaintiff.
