Plus, the plaintiff moved to the United States from England to take care of her sick uncle. She bought a used car from the defendant but claims it was a lemon. She thinks he’s taking advantage of her, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant argues he swapped out the first car, and she just can’t be satisfied.
