Description: The plaintiff says he used to be friends with the defendant and sold her an English bulldog puppy, but now she refuses to pay. The defendant says she had an agreement with the plaintiff to give him a shih tzu when her dog had a litter. She’s countersuing for the cost of the puppy she gave the plaintiff. Then, the plaintiffs say they bought a washer and dryer from the defendant, but the appliances didn’t work and the defendant wouldn’t pick up their calls. They’re suing for a refund. The defendant admits the deliveryman forgot a part but claims the correct item finally got shipped. Plus, the plaintiff says he needed to rebuild the transmission and fix a broken door in his truck. He claims he paid the defendant up front but his car still wasn’t fixed after two months, so he took it elsewhere for repairs. He’s suing for a refund.
