Description: First, the plaintiff was on a walk with his registered service dog. He says he took the dog off leash momentarily, and at that moment, the defendant’s dogs attacked his dog. He says his dog got badly injured in the process, so he’s suing for vet bills and emotional distress. The defendants — a son and mother — argue the plaintiff’s dog was not on a leash and the plaintiff’s dog charged at their dogs, not the other way around. Then, the plaintiff says he brought his car to the defendant to replace his fan belt, but he claims the defendant never put in a new belt. He’s suing for his money back. The defendant claims the plaintiff brought his car to his competitor to be inspected, and he says they lied and told him the belt hadn’t been changed out. Plus, the plaintiff says his neighbor disconnected his air conditioner condensers and moved them, and now his condo won’t cool down. He’s suing her for the cost to replace it. The defendant claims the AC unit was up against her wall, so she hired someone to move it. She refuses to pay for anything else. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
