Then, the plaintiff says she was roommates with the defendant for a short time, but she had to move out because the woman was so spiteful and bossy. Now she claims she can’t get some of her belongings back, so she’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff stole items, owes bills, and got verbal and physical with her, so she kicked her out.
