Description: Today Mark and Andy discussed the decision to deny cert in two gun cases by SCOTUS at Fridays conference. The two cases denied cert were the Maryland Shall Issue case which leaves in place for now the hassle of the MD CCW permitting scheme and the Delaware Assault Weapons/High Capacity Magazine ban case. The biggest case of all seeking cert, the MD assault Weapons ban case has been rescheduled for conference on Friday this week, the 17th.
