He is a Non-Executive Director on the Solace (Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers) Board; Chair of the LCN (Local Council Network) national Chief Executive Group; a Board Member of Socitm (Society for Innovation, Technology and Modernisation); an Ambassador for the Tech UK Local Public Services Committee; and Founder and Chair of the Public Sector Challenge, which has raised over £400,000 for charity since 2022 while supporting health and wellbeing across the sector.
