We have to read rapture verses in context because if we don't we will be deceived and we will not be prepared for what is coming.
Today we will say goodbye to Moses after walking with him through his life and his wilderness days! We have learned from Moses that the tough times in life - the hard times in life - the wilderness times in life can be the BEST times in life if we do it right! Join us as we see how Moses' last 40 years were so much better than his first 80!
When life isn’t turning out the way you hoped, the good news is—God isn’t surprised. Today we’ll look at the disciples, who expected Jesus to be King, but instead watched Him be crucified. Confused and overwhelmed, they couldn’t make sense of what was happening. Join us as we learn to rest in the truth that God always has a purpose—even when we don’t understand.
We are  looking at the key verses often used to support a pre-tribulation rapture but we want to encourage you to read these passages in their context so you see what they actually mean!
Today, Jesus heals a blind man, which begs the question - if He healed him, why not me?  Why do some people have easier lives than others?  Join us as we continue through Luke, as we meet the blind man and Zacchaeus today and learn valuable lessons from both!
After everything God had done for the Israelites, we'll see them replace Him with a golden calf. Why would they do that? And what could an event from thousands of years ago possibly have to do with us today?
Today we will begin to examine the passages most often used to support a pre-tribulation rapture. Rather than simply accepting what any teacher says, we'll read each verse in its context and ask what the Bible is actually teaching. Our goal isn't to defend a tradition, but to let Scripture speak for itself.
Today we will  see how God feels about our complaining! I was shocked to see how hurt and angry God is when we grumble about our circumstances since it is a direct reflection on how we think He is taking care of us!
Today, we will cover a myriad of points from millstones and forgiveness to humility and self-righteousness!  Join as learn valuable lessons on why we as followers of Jesus must look different!

How do we know if God is speaking to us? Leading us?  Pointing us in a certain direction?  Or is it my own thoughts?
Before Jesus comes back, there will be two kinds of people on this earth: those who live life for themselves and those who live life for God.   Today, we will talk about the days of Noah and Lot and what separated them from everyone else.  We will also talk about the importance of persistent prayer in a society where we want everything right now!!
The rebuilding of the Third Temple is significant for understanding the timing of the rapture!
Life changes daily but the good news is that God is always leading! We will also learn what our purpose is in this life and it all comes down to one word!
Leprosy - a horrible, debilitating disease that destroys people and families is the focus of our lesson today as Jesus heals 10 of them in a gracious act of kindness.  But what is their response? Amazingly, only 1 comes back to thank Him!  Why is that? Why did 1 find Jesus to thank Him, but the other 9 did not?  Join us today to find out!
How is the rapture connected to the rise of the Antichrist? In this lesson, we'll examine Jesus' words about the "abomination of desolation" in Matthew 24, why this event is so important for understanding end-times timing, whether believers will be able to recognize the Antichrist by comparing Scripture with current events, and how Christians are called to discern the season of Christ's return.
Strongholds - The Red Sea on one side and the Promised Land on the other side so what is keeping you from crossing the sea in to the Promised Land? Is it anger or shame? Addiction or fear? Lust or insecurity? Join us today as we talk about how to get past our strongholds so we can live the abundant life God has promised us!
People all around us will spend eternity in a place called hell, which should utterly break our hearts. Join us today as we discuss the topic of Hell, Hades, and Sheol as we learn what happens after we die.  We will also discuss what Heaven, Paradise, and Abraham's bosom mean. Knowing there are only two places we could be going after death ~ our job is to tell people that we have the answer ~ JESUS!
We have all heard of the 7 years of tribulation but what do these final years consist of?  Today Joel Richardson will help us distinguish between tribulation and God's wrath by looking at Jacob's Trouble, the Tribulation, the Great Tribulation, and the Wrath of God. Understanding these distinctions is essential for understanding where the rapture fits in God's end-times timeline and what believers will experience.
What are you afraid of? How can you get past your fear? Today we will see the terrifying moment when the Israelites see the Egyptian army chasing after them to take them back to Egypt and they are hemmed in with nowhere to go. We will learn from Moses how to overcome fear and move forward to the Promised land!
Who should I give my money to and how much should I give? The answer to those two questions will give us a clue as to what is in our hearts!!
Understanding the timing of the rapture requires understanding God’s plan for both Israel and the Church. A key question is how these two groups relate to one another in God’s prophetic timeline and what role each plays in the events of the last days.
The long way is the path God sometimes allows us to take when life doesn't unfold as expected. It's the season of unanswered questions, delayed hopes, and confusing circumstances. You keep praying, but God seems silent. You keep walking, but you can't see where the road is leading. Join us today as we learn valuable lessons from the Israelites as they too were led the long way around.
What does the Bible REALLY say about giving money?  Join us as we take an adventure through the Old Testament and the New Testament to see if tithing is something we should be doing and you may be really surprised at the answer!

Why do so many Christians cling to a pre-tribulation rapture even after seeing the verses examined in context? In this study, we’ll explore why deeply rooted traditions can be hard to break and how we can learn to read prophecy through Scripture itself—not simply through what we’ve always been taught.
When good things happen, we are so grateful for God being involved in our lives, but…what happens when something bad happens?  The tragedy, the heartache, the pain.  Is God involved in that, too?  Join us today as we talk about how intricately involved God is in ALL things in our lives!
Today we will be talking about the older brother of the prodigal son who is filled with pride and self righteousness and we will ask the question: "Do I look more like the prodigal son or the older brother?" We will show you an illustration about a jar that will point out why we can never think we are better than anyone else!
To understand the rapture, we may need to read the Bible differently than we’ve been taught. Instead of viewing prophecy through a Western mindset, Scripture points us toward an Israel-centered perspective focused on the return of Jesus and God’s promises to His people.
Your religion.  The way you were raised.  The church you belong to.  What the media is telling you.  What if everything you have been taught is wrong?  Do you REALLY want to know?  Join us as we talk about the ONLY way to get to God, and for some people, they may have to walk away from what they have known all their lives in order to receive the truth!

Joel Richardson talks about the Rapture! Many Christians have been taught that the rapture will happen before the tribulation. We’ve seen it in movies, read it in books like the Left Behind series, and heard well-known pastors confidently preach it. But what if the timing of the rapture doesn’t unfold the way many expect? Could it shake people’s faith?
The wilderness times in our lives are what God uses to change us! On the other side of the wilderness, we will know God better and trust Him more.
Do we understand what following Jesus really means?” What does it mean when He says there is a "cost" to following Him?
Why should we believe the Bible? One powerful reason is Israel. What God promised about the land, the Jewish people, and their future is unfolding before our eyes exactly as He said it would. And if God has been faithful to keep His promises to Israel, then we can trust that everything else He says in Scripture is true as well.
If you are a follower of Jesus, your life matters in such an amazing way! Today, we will see how the lives of Moses and Jesus were a part of this epic story from creation to salvation and how their story should affect ours!

Pharaoh's life wasn't going as he expected. Moses was in Egypt with a message from God: "Let My people go!" But Pharaoh refused, and his heart became hard toward God, which begs the question: how can we keep our hearts from getting that way when things don't go our way?

As we tell people about Jesus, the reality is, many if not most, won’t listen or believe. The Bible explains why—and we’ll talk about that today.
When people become followers of Jesus, their natural tendency is to make a checklist of all the things they should do to make God happy with them. They think they should do more, pray more, serve more, but in the process, they get burned out and discouraged. Join us today as we help you break free and change that mentality as we show you how God sees you and how that alone will change your life!
This video from Luke was recorded many years ago, and since we recently hosted an End Times Timeline Conference, I thought it would be helpful to include a session from that event featuring Joel Richardson.
We know Jesus today because the message was passed from person to person, starting with the early disciples who witnessed Him firsthand. Before leaving, Jesus commanded them to go and tell others—and that mission continues with us. The question isn’t if we share, but how we do it.
Today, we will see God produce miracles through Moses as He turns a stick into a snake and water into blood.  The problem is that Satan does the exact same thing through Pharaoh's magicians, which begs the question:  if Satan can reproduce God’s miracles, how do I know what is God and what is not?  Join us for a very important lesson today regarding how Satan gets to us, and it doesn’t always happen through evil means.

Are most Christians truly passionate about Jesus—fully committed, bold in sharing their faith, even willing to die for Him? Probably not. And that’s surprising… because we have the full Bible—the complete truth. So why does it often seem like those in false religions are more zealous than those who follow Jesus?
Today, Moses will finally make it to Egypt, but along the way, we will see how he deals with marital issues and commands of God! Join us as we see why the commands that God gives us are so simple and always for our own good. We will also discuss why so many church people always want to shoot the messenger!

Join us today as we talk about two words that should change your life!

So many people who think they are Christians might not be. They may have missed step one which is hearing what JESUS said it means to follow Him.
Miracles. Do you need a Miracle? If you are thinking yes or no to the question about needing a miracle; why were you thinking what you were thinking? After we die, we are all going to be judged. But who will judge us? And why? Today, we will see how this plays out with two people who just recently passed away: Ozzie Osbourne from Black Sabbath and Hulk Hogan. What we will learn is that they both will be judged, but differently.
When we become a true born-again Christian everything in our life should begin to change. We see this from a man named Saul. Saul was a very religious Jewish Pharisee. He hated Jesus' followers but one day he had an encounter with the risen Jesus and everything changed. He went from Saul the Jesus hater to the Apostle Paul the Jesus lover.
As Christians, we need to understand that if we believe and follow the Jesus of the Bible that we are on the same team. We may disagree about things like End Times or if we should speak in tongues. We may disagree about when we should take communion or if we should sing hymns or modern worship songs. But those are non-essentials.
Today we see applause and appreciation from Jesus to the church of Philadelphia – a church filled with Jesus followers who were doing everything right! Join us today as we see what that looks like and how we can be just like them!
Do you have people in your life that want nothing to do with Jesus? They hate that you are a Christian. They hate the church. They hate it when you talk about your faith. It’s those people we think God would never save. Could never save. But today in Acts we will see that God can and does save people like Saul who will eventually become the great Apostle Paul.
Join us today as we continue our study in Luke as we talk about doubt. What we will see is that even very godly men like John the Baptist doubted! We will work through what our job will be to stop our doubting as we recognize that doubt - untreated - can kill our faith!
Do you look spiritually alive and yet you really are spiritually dead? Join us today as we see what words Jesus has for the Church of Sardis who He says “looks alive” but in reality is “dead”! If this church looks like us – what does Jesus say we can do about it?
People matter to God and because of that, God calls us as Christians to talk to people about Jesus. Today we will see Philip who did exactly that and because of this one encounter, people in Ethiopia know about Jesus today. We never know how far and wide the message of Jesus will go when we actually open our mouths and share Him with others.
Living on planet Earth is difficult. Think of tragedies and heartache, addiction, and politics. Think of wars and famine and earthquakes and hurricanes. But as Christians – we know this earth is just temporary and as a follower of Jesus – we know this is not our forever home!

Faith. What exactly is it? Today we will talk about this as a Centurion comes to Jesus and asks Him to heal his beloved servant. We will see Jesus’ amazing answer and see what it means to trust and rely on God for the things we need.
“Compromise will destroy your faith.” Join us as we learn that God has great things in store for us but when we compromise it only hurts us!
The problem in the early church came down to ”TIME.” Nobody had time to do what needed to be done, which begs the question: Are you exhausted because you are doing what everyone expects of you? Are you doing what you are passionate about or are you doing what others feel you should be doing?
People say they are Christians but they don’t read the Bible and don’t do what the Bible says.  But Jesus says He must be “Lord” of our life so what should that look like?  Are we building our faith on a solid foundation where Jesus is the center?
What are you feeling crushed by? Life? Heartache? Persecution? Whatever it is we will learn valuable lessons from the early church of Smyrna as Jesus commends them for staying faithful regardless of what was going on in their lives!
What do we do with tragedy? Heartache? Loss? How can we fit a loving, all-powerful God into this picture when we know God COULD have stopped something bad from happening but He didn’t?
Why should we read the Bible? Why should we know the Bible? Why should we store the Bible in our brains? Well, I assume it is because that is how we get to know God. That is how God changes us when we see how to live life His way. Join us today as we talk about the importance of really knowing the Word of God.
Do you do things for God but have no love for Him?? Are you busy working for God? Going to church and bible study? Giving? Serving? And if so – why are you doing those things? Today we will see the Church of Ephesus which was filled with Christians but the problem was – they lost their first love for Jesus. Does this church look like you? Busy but no love for God?
How big is your God? That’s a great question because how you answer that question will determine how you live your life. If God is big – you will live a life of peace. You will pray more. Believe more. Trust more. So is God big in your life?
We hear people say “Judge not lest ye be judged” so we are under the assumption that we shouldn’t judge anything. But that’s actually not true. There are times to judge and confront someone.  Join us today to see what the Bible says about this.
We live in a world where Jesus has been made to be whoever someone wants Him to be! But is that the Jesus we see in Revelation? No way! Today we will see the true picture of Jesus that should change our lives!
Today we will talk about the war that is going on inside of us. The early disciples knew this battle well and what we will learn is there is a battle between our Flesh and the Spirit.  The question is…who is winning, our flesh or the Holy Spirit?
Judging others. That’s easy for us to do. We don’t like how someone acts or dresses or what they eat or drink. But maybe we need to stop and ask ourselves: “I wonder why they do those things?” Today let’s talk about why we should think twice before we judge others.
Revelation begins as John begins by saying we are "blessed" to read this book! An amazing start to an amazing book!
So often we hear partial truths about the Bible especially when it comes to miracles or healing. As we study the book of Acts we see miracles happening all around the early church and we are told that is the norm, but is it?
Jesus asks us to "love the person who hurt me" or  "turn the other cheek."  But when we see what Jesus asks of us our first response is..."But I CAN'T..."  Today we will see that yes you can!
Charles Cooper is with us today answering tough questions about Rapture. What does Revelation say about this? Join us today to find out!

People heard Jesus was nearby. They heard Jesus would heal them or make their lives better. But what we see is that most times – people didn’t want to follow Jesus – they wanted something from Him.  Do we do the same?
As we begin our study in Revelation, we dig into the verses to see how God uses prophecy to tell us how the world will end! Join us as the adventure in the fascinating book begins!

Religion. Intimidation. Threatening. Coercion. Rules. Keeping people under their thumb. If that sounds like the church you go to – you may want to run. Religion kills. Jesus saves. And when we are saved, we CAN’T stop talking about Him!
What will we DO? How we gauge our spiritual maturity is not in what we KNOW -- how much Bible we can recite -- but in how much in the Bible we DO!
If you are a follower of Jesus, the Bible says you are adopted by God. But what is more amazing is that God says you are also His HEIR. An heir to His spiritual fortune. Today we will see what that means and why knowing that should change how we live on this earth. Join us today as we continue in the book of Romans.
Are you religious? Most of the trouble Jesus had was with religious people. Today we will see this huge difference between religion and a relationship with Jesus as we talk to a woman who was raised in the LDS church. She was a Mormon for 40 years and when she left the church for the first time in her life she felt freedom and peace.
When we become followers of Jesus, we begin to change because the Holy Spirit - God Himself has moved into our lives. Sometimes change takes time but here is what we know:  change is inevitable!
As a Christian, you have been adopted into God’s family. But if God is a good Father – why do bad things happen to His kids? Join us today as we continue in Romans.

Do you feel like God is always mad at you when you mess up? Have you ever wondered "why" we should do what God asks of us? Join us today to find out!
When we decide to follow Jesus we become a NEW Creation. The old things pass away. But if that’s true why do I still sin? Why do I still say that, do that or think that? Will this ever go away? And if not - what can I do about it? Join us today as we continue in Romans to find out the answers!
God entrusted us with the job and that job is to tell people about Jesus. But why don’t we want to do that Why aren’t we passionate about this? Today we will talk about WHY we should share the good news of Jesus!
We live in a day where we have more free time to do anything we want but as a follower of Jesus – what do we do with our time? Do we use it to learn more about the Bible so we can know God better?
When we become a follower of Jesus there is a spiritual battle within us between our flesh – what we want to do and the Holy Spirit showing us what God wants us to do. As we begin to change inwardly people will be able to see that we not only claim to be a Christian but we actually ACT like one.
God is in control. We see that throughout the Bible, but some people don’t like how life is going for them. But, God has a purpose and plan which is why nobody has to have pity parties about their life any longer!
Does God “showing up” in miraculous ways grow our faith? Usually not. Today we will see why the silence of God should grow our faith and not turn us away from God.

When we first become Christians, we are kind of clueless as to what following Jesus is all about!  Today we will learn more lessons from John the Disciple about what this looks like!
Jesus healed one lame man at the Pool of Bethesda but there were a lot of others who were not healed. Does God use non-healing to further the Gospel like He uses healing?
This is a divisive topic and your position comes from what denomination you come from. If you come from a charismatic church you believe everyone should speak in tongues and if you don’t, you might not be saved. If you go to a strong bible church Nobody would ever think that way. So what does the Bible say?
We like life to be about us. We want to do things our way but when we become Christians, we begin to realize that now life has to be about Jesus and not about us. Today we learn this from John the Disciple!
One day Jesus asked a man who had been lame for 38 years this question: Do you WANT to get well? Do you WANT to be healed? Because if Jesus healed him, everything in his life would change. Today we will see how this plays out in our own lives!
On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit showed up in wind and fire. He breathed spiritual life into those who followed Jesus. WHY? So they would go do something and serve God wherever He needed them. The same should be true of us today!

The disciples were all different.  They had different jobs and different personalities.  These were the men who would carry the message of Jesus into the world and the good news is that means God wants to use us all!
How do I know if I am a cultural Christian or a true born-again Christian? 2 Corinthians 13:5 says we need to examine ourselves so let’s do that today!
Rejection. We have all felt it but when God was choosing a new disciple after Judas, the guy who WASN’T picked for the job never felt rejected because he saw God’s hand in it all. Today let’s talk about that!
When Jesus picked His disciples – He didn’t pick the brightest and smartest.  He picked those who were unschooled and self-centered. But those were the kind of men Jesus knew He could use and transform and He can do the same for us!
Are we hearing the truth about Salvation? In this age of cultural Christianity, I am not sure we are hearing the full and true story. Join us today as we see what biblical salvation looks like from the book of Romans.

Does your church tell you what you can and can’t do? If so, that is not what Jesus is after. He is after a heart change!  This is why we need to know the Bible!
Biblical prophecy is being fulfilled but do Christians know what to look out for? Do we know where to be looking in the Middle East for the Anti-Christ because the Bible tells us the region he is coming from? Do we know a new Jewish Temple will be built and that is a sign the return of Jesus is close?  Do we see what is going on in Israel as "Biblical Prophecy" being fulfilled?
When life changes sometimes we feel so sad. We know all the right answers in our head but sometimes our heart has a hard time catching up with our head. Today we will talk about why we don't need to get stuck!

Christians aren't perfect. Some people have a past. So how do we treat them? Are we a Judge or are we a Doctor?  Are we judging or trying to help them heal?
If you are a Christian that means someone was courageous enough to have shared the gospel – the good news of Jesus with you. Do you remember who that person was? Because you will spend all eternity with God because they cared enough about you to tell you this amazing news. Are you THAT person for others?
When life gets difficult it’s easy to become fearful. We spend so much time asking the “what if” questions: What if I lose that person? What if I get sick? What if my child gets in an accident? That is no way to live life. Today we continue in Acts as we talk about who the Holy Spirit is and why He is so important in our life especially when it comes to worry!

John the Baptist had the right motive for following Jesus, and it was this: Jesus must become greater and I must become less. He must increase and I must decrease. Today let’s see what making Jesus greater in our lives should look like!
Imagine Peter, a good Jewish boy telling his parents he was going to follow a Jewish carpenter who claimed to be the Messiah! I bet that didn’t go over very well! But after Jesus arose from the dead everything changed for Peter and now he couldn’t stop telling people how Jesus changed his life!  The same should happen to us. How do we tell others about Jesus? Today we will give you some tips!

Join us today as we see what that means.

Some of you come from Bible church backgrounds and there seem to be two different camps regarding this topic. Let’s see what the BIBLE actually says!!
We all sin. We all feel the weight of our sin and what that can produce is a feeling that God is mad at us. But we forget that Jesus paid for our sins! He covered our sins. Today we will see how God looks at us and we will use the illustration of potholes and asphalt to make this point!
Last week we talked about all the different spiritual gifts people have who help at our Bible Study but there are actually more spiritual gifts than what we talked about! Maybe yours is the gift of faith or the gift of healing. Today we will continue talking about other gifts of the Spirit that you might have!
We are always busy. We don’t take time to stop and smell the roses and I think the same thing happens regarding reading the Bible. We are on a time schedule so maybe we grab a quick devotional. Maybe we read a quick verse before we go out the door. But if we want to know God and what He is like we are going to have to slow down and open our Bible and read it slowly!
God created us all differently. We all have different personalities and different abilities and when we become a follower of Jesus we all use our different gifts to point people to Him!  We are all part of the body of Christ and each part matters!
Sometimes God says “no” to our prayers because as a follower of Jesus, sometimes God has a different plan for our life than what we think should happen. Join us today to find out!
Most of us have never had contact with a leper but back in the days of Jesus – these were the outcasts. They were hopeless and helpless. They weren’t allowed into society yet Jesus didn’t run from them but instead ran to them. What do we do with those who are outcasts?

Today we will see archeological finds dating back as early as 4,000 years ago to the time of Abraham, Jacob, Joshua, and Daniel.
People say weird things about the Holy Spirit. They attribute things to Him that He probably didn’t do. The Holy Spirit told them to get a divorce. The Holy Spirit told them to marry that non-Christian. Does the Holy Spirit REALLY say these kinds of things to people? Join us today as we begin our series in Acts!

Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference.
Jesus spent 3 years of ministry telling people how to know God and be reconciled to Him. Jesus would explain that it was through Him alone. Join us today as we continue in Luke 4.
Why does the Bible say “No one can see God and live” and yet we see people like Moses who seem to have seen God and lived? Why does the Bible say Jesus was in the tomb 3 days and 3 nights but He actually wasn’t? Are these contradictions? Today we will continue talking about supposed Bible Contradictions and explain why there can’t be contradictions in the Bible because if there were – the Bible couldn’t possibly be inspired by God!

Jesus tells us exactly when the rapture will happen. He tells us in Matthew 24 that the rapture won’t happen until the sun turns black, the moon turns red, and the stars fall from the sky. And when is that? AFTER the 6th Seal in Revelation which is after the midpoint of the final 7 years. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Why did Peter follow Jesus? Did he know WHO he was following? Did he think Jesus was just a Rabbi? How did Peter get to know Him? Today we continue in Luke 4 as we talk about why it is important to know Jesus and how we can do that!
When Jesus returns will everyone see Him at the same time? But we live on a globe. How can that happen? What does “as the lightning comes from the east” mean? There are a lot of questions but here is the bottom line: However this happens, nobody will miss it. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
We don’t have to be fearful of Satan because as a follower of Jesus – indwelled by the Holy Spirit, Jesus is more powerful than anything Satan can throw at us. Today we will continue in Luke 4 and talk about what WE can do to protect ourselves from Satan’s tactics.
Do we have the original manuscripts of the Bible? If not, do we have copies? Are the copies we have reliable? How many manuscripts do we have? Are we still finding manuscripts today? How did God preserve them? Today we will talk about why we can be sure that what we read in our Bible today is exactly what was written thousands of years ago!
God wants people to come to Jesus so what happens in the final 7-year period? God is so gracious because He sends an angel to go throughout the earth to give a final warning. You need Jesus. Fear the Lord. Come to Him. Even up until the very end, He is calling out to people for salvation. Why are Christians afraid of Satan and demons? We hear all the time people say “Satan is attacking me” or “Satan is bothering me” but if we have the creator God of the universe living within us - the demons have to flee. They can’t hang out around us. God has all authority over Satan. Join us today to see why you never have to worry about Satan or his demons again.
We hear that the Bible has been translated so many times that it can’t be right. But is that true? How can we know that the Bible we read today has the same words that the Holy Spirit inspired thousands of years ago? And what about all the translations? ESV. KJV. NKJV. NLT. Which is the best and most accurate to read?
During the final 7-year period, especially after the 3.5-year mark when the Anti-Christ begins persecuting Jews and Christians, will the persecution be worldwide? Will this affect us in the United States? England? China? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Religion destroys us. Religion makes us feel we can never do enough to make God happy. Religion makes us feel distant from God. But that is not what Jesus wants from us. He wants our heart and when He has our heart He changes us on the inside. What happens then is that we begin to love Him because He first loved us. Join us today as we continue in Luke Chapter 4.
Why did the Catholic Church add extra books to the Bible? Are these added books considered inspired by God?Did the Jews accept these books? Did Jesus or the Apostles think they should be there? When were these extra books written and why does that matter?  Join us as we explain why there are more books in the Catholic Bible and why that should concern us!
We hear all these ideas about what the Mark of the Beast might be. A microchip? A vaccine? But what does the Bible say? Well – not that!  The mark of the Beast is not something you can be forced into taking. This is not something you can accidentally take. This mark is something that will be a choice and your eternal destination is dependent on what you choose. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Jesus came back to His hometown but His town was filled with religious people who loved their religion. They didn’t love what Jesus had to say. So, they tried to kill him. Here’s my point: People didn’t like Jesus back then. People don’t like that we follow Jesus today. But we need to know it’s okay if people don’t like us because of our faith in Jesus!
Who is the Angel of the Lord? He shows up in the Old Testament and claims to be God. He accepts worship.Who could this be? What about those times when God is in the garden with Adam and Eve or when God shows up to Abraham and Jacob, Joshua and Moses? Who is this? I think we only have one choice. Join us today as we talk about Jesus in the Old Testament.
We have heard that the Anti-Christ will rule the whole world. This idea is taken from Revelation 13:7-8 where it says the Anti-Christ is allowed to make war on the saints from all people, tribes, nations and languages and all who dwell on the earth. But what does that mean considering all the other end-time passages? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Jesus hated religion. He came to release captives. Preach the gospel to the poor. To free those who were oppressed. But for religious Pharisees of the day, those things were unheard of.  They wanted to do something. They wanted to impress people. They wanted people to think they were so religious. But Jesus comes along and destroys that kind of thinking as He was hoping for a heart that would love Him.
Jesus is all over the Old Testament. That isn’t something we hear much about but today we will see how Jesus points to Himself in Old Testament passages and we will learn why that matters! Join us today as we continue in our Puzzled by the Bible series.
Does the Bible tell us where the Anti-Christ will come from? Actually, it does. General vicinity anyway and it isn’t Europe or Rome or America or Romania. Join us today as Joel Richardson explains where the Anti-Christ will come from and why it all has to do with Israel and the Middle East. Here is a Link to our End Times Timeline Conferencehttps://womensbiblestudy.com/category/end-times-conference/
Jesus hates religion. Religion says I have to do things in order for God to love me.  Religion says the more right things I do – the more He is pleased with me. But religion is not what following Jesus is about. Jesus wants our hearts. Join us today as we talk about the religious culture Jesus stepped into and where this religious thinking came from.
Are the books in the New Testament the right ones? How did they get there? Are we missing any? What about these new finds like the Gospel of Thomas or the Gospel of Peter - should they be in our Bible? Join us today as we find out why you can be sure that the Bible you hold in your hand has the right books in it!
The final 7 years will start with a treaty with Israel. Possibly for peace. Possibly for protection. So, it would seem that Israel would have to be on friendly terms with the Anti-Christ who will be a part of this treaty. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Jesus was tempted. We are tempted.  Temptation is not a sin but it is what we do with our temptation that matters! We need to put some things in place between the seeing and the doing! Join us today as we continue in the gospel of Luke.
The Old Testament. What’s it all about? How was it put together? How do we know we have the right books in there? Laws? Genealogies? Weirdly dressed prophets? Today we will learn history and timelines so you can see how the Old Testament fits perfectly for the arrival of Jesus!
A timeline in Revelation for the SEAL, BOWL, and TRUMPET Judgements can be confusing. Do these judgments happen one after the other? Or do these happen all at one time? Can we really know? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Jesus was tempted to sin because Satan wanted to derail His mission. We are tempted to sin and Satan wants to derail our mission. So, what should we do? What should we do when something looks really good but we know it will hurt us? Join us today as we see what Jesus did.
Christians should read the bible but why is it that so many people claiming to be Christians never do? Maybe because the Bible seems confusing and daunting and without knowing the big picture, it makes no sense. Today we begin a 16-week series called Puzzled by the Bible. Join us today for Lesson 1 as we get an overview of the Bible is all about!
Jesus gives us a timeline for end times events but what does that have to do with us in America or Australia or any country outside Israel? Is this a worldwide thing? What should we be watching out for? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question for us from Matthew 24  from the very words of Jesus Himself.
The Return of Jesus. The procession up to Jerusalem as He is setting captives free. The Jews will finally believe He is their Messiah. These events have been prophesied throughout the Bible which is why we MUST read the Bible because God tells us exactly what is going to happen. Join us today for our final session with Joel Richardson as he pulls everything together and talks about the return of Jesus to the land of Israel.
Jesus gives us a timeline for the End Times, but He also tells us that nobody knows the day or hour. Pre trib teachers say this verse proves a pre trib rapture but it actually doesn't! Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference. Here is a Link to our End Times Timeline Conferencehttps://womensbiblestudy.com/category/end-times-conference/
Revelation 17 talks about Mystery Babylon depicted as a Harlot. A city of Idolatry. A city of great influence. A city in the desert. As the end times approach who could this city be? Joel Richardson tells us why Saudi Arabia fits this description!
Many well-known Pastors and teachers teach a pre-tribulation rapture, but these are people who have been to Bible College and Seminary. So, how is it possible that they can read all the verses we have been studying, and see in context what the Bible says and yet they refuse to teach that the Bible NEVER says there is a pre-trib rapture?
We hear people say all the time: Jesus could come back any day so be ready. But is that true? According to the Bible – actually no. Yes - Jesus is coming back but some things have to happen before He does and rebuilding a temple in Jerusalem is one of those things. Join us today as Joel Richardson shows us where this is in the Bible.
1 Thessalonian 5:9 is a verse used by pre-trib pastors and teachers to say we will be raptured out of here before the wrath of God. But is that what this verse is even talking about? Actually in context – no. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
The land of Israel was given by God to Israel. Is dividing the land the answer? Should the Palestinians get a portion of the land and The Jews get the other? Today Joel Richardson will help us see how destructive this was in the Old Testament and how destructive it would be today.
We have been taught that Jesus is coming like a thief in the night, and He could return any time, so we are to be ready. But if you look at this verse in context, what Paul says is that Jesus is coming as a thief in the night to unbelievers. Not believers. Unbelievers will be shocked.Believers are supposed to be ready. Then we will talk about who the RESTRAINER is because there is a lot of controversy about that. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
As the End Times approach False Christs, False Prophets, and False Teachers will appear. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing who will try and deceive even those who are true followers of Jesus. So, what can we do to NOT be deceived? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question very candidly regarding someone in his life who ended up being a false teacher.
When it comes to studying End Times, we must be like the Bereans in Acts 17:11 who searched the Scriptures for themselves. That is what we need to be doing because times are changing fast and our pastors or teachers may be wrong about their end-time scenario.
If you were raised in church, you were taught that Jesus is coming back. You heard it could be any day. But He hasn’t come back yet so what is happening now that makes us think the return of Jesus is closer than ever? Join us today as Joel Richardson explains what is going on in the world that makes us think the time is almost here.
Revelation 3:10 “I will keep you from the hour of trial that will come upon the whole world” This is a verse that pastors and teachers will use to say that we will be raptured out of here before all the bad stuff starts. But is that what this verse means in context? Actually, no. This verse doesn’t have anything to do with End Times or the Rapture! Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference.
Hamas and Hezbollah. We have been hearing a lot about them in the news lately but what is amazing is that prophecies regarding the last days happen in Tyre, Sidon and Philistia which are the modern-day places Hezbollah and Hamas are wreaking havoc in today. That is why we need to study biblical prophecy because God tells us locations so we can be prepared. Joel Richardson will talk about this in today’s session.
Many of us have been taught that before the final 7 years of tribulation begin, we will be raptured out of here. This is called a Pre-tribulation rapture but where did this teaching come from? Since it is a fairly new concept why are pastors preaching this? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference.
We all have favorite pastors or teachers who we trust that they know what they are talking about when it comes to End Times. But what if they are wrong? Would you ever know? Have you ever studied End Times for yourself? Join us today to see what Joel Richardson says about this  along with talking about why there is this everlasting hatred of the Jews and why that is prophecy being fulfilled.
Why are pastors teaching a pre-trib rapture? Are there any verses that support this? The answer is no. Not one single verse. But why are they taking this stand instead of preparing their congregation for what is coming? Why is it dangerous for Christians to believe this? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference. Here is a Link to our End Times Timeline Conferencehttps://womensbiblestudy.com/category/end-times-conference/
When we read a prophecy in the Bible it might not make sense because sometimes it is meant for that specific time period but it can also be for a future time period. Today Joel Richardson will give his thoughts on this and what we can do to make this easier.
Can Jesus return any day now? Is His return imminent? We hear pastors say to “Be ready because Jesus could show up today.” But does the bible say that? Actually no! Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Almost 3000 years ago it was prophesied in Psalms that Jesus would come back to rule and reign on this earth. When that happens there will be peace. But for now, there isn’t peace on this earth. There is turmoil. There is injustice. The nations rage against each other. But someday everything will change. Join us as Joel Richardson helps us understand why this prophecy is coming true today.
We hear a lot about the rapture. But what is it? Where is it in the Bible? What is the point of us leaving this earth and meeting Jesus in the sky? When will this happen? Before the 7 years of tribulation starts? In the middle? Toward the End? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Did anyone prophecy about your birth, like where you would be born? Probably not but for Jesus His birth was foretold 600 years before He was born! And not only His birth but WHERE He would be born. Join us today as Joel Richardson helps us understand why this prophecy is a great reason to believe the Bible and to point others to Jesus because of the accuracy of the Bible.
People think Jesus can come back anytime but the Bible doesn’t say that. Certain things have to be in place before He returns like a Temple in Jerusalem has to be built. But why is this a prerequisite to the return of Jesus? Jesus tells us the reason in Matthew 24. Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference. Here is a Link to our End Times Timeline Conferencehttps://womensbiblestudy.com/category/end-times-conference/
Jesus. The Bible is all about Him. The Bible has prophesied His coming all that way back in Genesis. We are told what He will do to Satan. We are told what tribe He would come from. We see genealogies in Matthew that prove the Bible is 100% accurate. So, if that is true – we need to take the Bible seriously because it is prophesied that Jesus will come back again to set this world right. Join us today as Joel Richardson explains why prophecy is a great way to share our faith.
We have been told there is a 7-year period called the 7 years of tribulation but where does the Bible say that? Will we know when these 7 years start? What event should we be looking for that kicks this off? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference
Prophecies. There are thousands of them in the Bible where God told us in advance what will happen and then it did. So, because of that, with God’s track record at 100%, the Bible is a book we need to pay attention to especially because the world is changing so fast. What is next on the prophetic timeline? What is going to start happening according to the Bible? Join us today as Joel Richardson explains why studying prophecy is SO important.
The World we live in is changing fast and yet the bible tells us exactly what is going to happen in the future. What to expect before the return of Jesus. But why aren’t more Christians studying this? Better yet - why SHOULD we study end times? Join us today as Joel Richardson answers this question from our End Times Timeline Conference. Here is a Link to our End Times Timeline Conferencehttps://womensbiblestudy.com/category/end-times-conference/
For God so loved the world that He sent Jesus -  the greatest rescue event of all time but what are we being rescued from? Do you WANT to be rescued? Join us today as we continue in the Gospel of John!
We hate temptations. Our flesh wants to do things we know we shouldn’t be doing. So where do temptations come from? Satan. Satan tempts. But God tests us which is completely different!
Life is difficult. We have marriage problems. Work problems. Money problems. Health problems. But as followers of Jesus, we should look at all those things differently than someone who isn’t a Christian. This is why knowing the Bible is SO important regarding suffering because we have a different kind of hope!
Genealogies remind us that God has a plan for our lives! He wants to use us! He wants to use our children and our grandchildren and we can see that from Jesus’ genealogy.
Why are so many people confused when they hear the good news about Jesus? Why is it that someone can read the Bible and yet it makes no sense to them? Why is Nicodemus having a difficult time understanding what Jesus is telling him about being born again? Why are people afraid they might not be saved because of their past that they can’t get over? Join us today to find out!
Genealogies in the Bible. Most people think they are boring to read so they pass right over them. But they are actually fascinating to see how God preserved the lineage from Adam to Abraham and then to Jesus. But in the Gospel of Matthew and Luke there are two different genealogies for Jesus seem contradictory. What is that all about?
Am I really a Christian? Am I really saved? Am I really going to heaven? How do I know for sure? Those are the questions that might haunt you. You lay awake at night wondering “Am I doing enough? Am I believing the right things?” And you never feel convinced. So today let’s get the answer and settle this once and for all in your life! Join us as we continue in the book of Romans.
John the Baptist. He had a ministry. He promoted Jesus before Jesus showed up. But then he was thrown in prison and beheaded. What? Join us today as we talk about the cost of following Jesus.
We know people who all their life wanted nothing to do with God. But then one day – EVERYTHING changes. Suddenly the good news of Jesus makes sense to them. Suddenly they WANT to follow Him. But what happened? It’s as if they were spiritually dead and then became spiritually alive. Join us today as we see what Jesus says happened as we continue in the Gospel of John.
If Jesus showed up at your house, what would He find? This was John the Baptist’s job to prepare people for the arrival of Jesus. But what does that look like? Join us today as we continue in Luke.
Recently there have been more and more UFO or UAP sightings. Should we be concerned about what people are seeing? What are they? Extraterrestrials in spaceships coming to our planet? What does the Bible have to say about this? Join us as we continue in the Gospel of John.
God can use anyone and when He needs something done He often uses the most unlikely people in the most amazing ways! Today we will see that as John the Baptist steps on the scene. This is a man who yells and is rude to the religious leaders of his day. A man who dresses like he is homeless and who eats bugs. But this is a reminder that God can use anyone -even someone like that to fulfill His purpose. Join us as we continue in Luke.
Times are changing and because of that, Pastors should be teaching the Bible. Pastors should be preparing their people to stand up amidst persecution. Pastors should be telling people what Jesus said it means to follow Him which consists of counting the cost. Taking up our cross. Seeking His Kingdom over ours.  Is that what we are hearing on Sunday mornings?
Today we will see how God can use wicked political leaders for His own purpose. Then we will ask this question: Have you ever accidentally lost your child? Mary and Joseph did that with Jesus when he was 12. Today we will talk about those things as we continue in Luke.
Today we are going to see that being born again spiritually is a lot like being born as a baby physically. It takes time to grow up. Years in fact.  The same is true with a spiritual born again birth. Join us today as we continue in the Gospel of John
Imagine God telling you that you are to wait for one specific thing to happen and He asks you to wait for it. So you wait. And you wait. And now you are getting old but you really do believe God, so you continue to wait. Today we will meet a man named Simeon who was told by God that he would not die until he saw Jesus, but he would have to wait. And then one day at the temple a young woman walks in with a baby and Simeon knows that with this baby – his waiting was over. Join us today to see the importance of never giving up.
Why is it that so many people who claim to be Christians act no different than non-Christians? Why are our churches so divided? Why is there so much anger, bitterness, sexual sin, and gossip going on among professed Christians? Well…it could be that these people claiming to be Christians aren’t really Christians.  They might be “unsaved believers.” Today we will hear this from Jesus Himself as He teaches 2 parables that remind us that in the church there will be true born-again believers and false, unsaved believers. Then we will talk about what a true Born-Again Christian actually looks like! Join us today as we continue in the gospel of John.
When Jesus was born the angels didn’t show up to the religious elite. They didn’t show up to announce the birth of Jesus in a fancy stadium filled with people. They didn’t show up where there was noise and commotion. They showed up in a quiet field where undistracted Shepherds were watching over their flocks. Join us today as we see why we should strive to look more like Shepherds than religious elite.
Jesus said we must be born again but we live in a time where cultural Christianity is prevalent. We are told that to become a Christian all you have to do is believe in Jesus, pray a sinners prayer, or accept Christ into your heart. But is that what the BIBLE says? Is that what JESUS says?  Join us today to see what being born again should look like.
Following Jesus can be difficult especially when we begin to take our faith seriously. We can lose friends when we don’t want to do what they do anymore. We can get fired for refusing to lie for our boss. We don’t get those invitations anymore because nobody wants to hear us talk about Jesus. Today we will see how this plays out for Mary and Joseph as Joseph has a decision to make: Care more about what God thinks or care more about what others think. Join us as we continue through Luke today.
We TRY to be a good Christian. We try to read our Bible every day. We attempt to help people. We throw some money in the offering plate. But we often do those things in hopes that God will be happy with us. But is God impressed? Actually – NO! He wants us to do all those things but for a completely different reason. Join us as we talk about what that reason is in the book of Romans.
Sometimes, we have this view of Jesus that He was meek, mild, and always cheerful and happy. But that isn’t the biblical picture of Jesus. There were times when Jesus was angry. Righteously angry. Today, we see this as He takes a whip and clears out the Temple because the Religious Leaders had become about greed and not God. Then, we will discuss how that plays out regarding our modern-day Christian churches today.
Mary is pregnant with Jesus. She is undoubtedly confused. She probably wonders – what is going on? She needs someone to talk to. This week Mary travels to her relative Elizabeth and Elizabeth will help Mary remember that no matter how bad it looks, no matter how much it doesn’t make sense humanly what has happened, God is right in the midst because He always has a plan.
Hypocrisy. We see it all around us from people claiming to be Christians who don’t actually ACT like Christians. Today we will ask this question: Are we living in such a way that people DON’T want to follow Jesus because of us? Are we saying one thing and doing another? Join us as we continue in Romans
So often Life changes in an instant. We wonder – what is God doing? We are confused. Today we will see how that plays out with Mary. Her life is going one way and suddenly an angel shows up and says “God has a different plan”. Join us today to see how to move from being confused to accepting God’s new plan for your life.
Fear.  A natural response to a perceived threat. We have all felt it and Mary the mother of Jesus was just as susceptible to fear especially when she heard she would be the mother of the long-awaited Messiah. But for Mary, she handled her fear differently. She surrendered her will to God’s will and that might be the best cure for fear known to man.
What does it mean to follow Jesus? Is it like clicking the “follow” button on Facebook and now you and Jesus are friends? Or does Jesus expect more from us? Then let’s talk about alcohol. Are Christians allowed to drink? What does the Bible say? Join us today for the answer to that question as we study Jesus’ miracle of turning water into wine.
Favored by God. We think being favored by God means a new car, a big bank account, and a month-long vacation at the beach. But as we will see today – being favored by God usually means hardship and we will see that when the Angel Gabriel shows up to Mary with a message of “you are favored” but her life would never be easy from that moment on.
How would we feel if an angel showed up with a message from God? Would that scare us? Possibly because as we see today –the Angel Gabriel showed up and it terrified Zechariah! But I love what the angel Gabriel says: I have a message and I just came from the presence of God. Today we will see what that message was!
What exactly is baptism? Do I have to get baptized to be saved? Is being sprinkled as a baby considered being baptized? Is everyone who is baptized actually saved? But a more important question is this: What should be happening after I get baptized? That’s a lot of questions that we will answer today as we continue through the Gospel of John.
I hate it when God is silent. It makes me feel like He isn’t paying attention. It makes me think He might not care. Today, we will see that is not true! Even in God’s silence, He works behind the scenes to get all the pieces in place for His perfect timing. Join us today as we see how this plays out in Luke.
Luke desired to write an orderly account of all the events surrounding Jesus’ life, and he did that by talking to eyewitnesses. Today, we will see why Luke’s job as a reporter and investigator is so important to us. We need to know the truth of what happened so we have a solid biblical foundation to stand on!
Before Jesus comes back, Israel will be at peace. This peace will usher in the Anti-Christ. But before that, there will be a huge war coming from the North of Israel. Today Joel Richardson will help us make sense of what the Bible says is going to happen next.
The culture says living a homosexual lifestyle is fine. We hear that people should be able to love whomever they want. Even some churches agree with the culture. But today in Romans we will see what God has to say about it. Join us for a really important lesson this week!
We just saw it in Gaza. Radical Islamic terrorists killing Jews. But why is that? Where did this hatred come from? Today Joel Richardson will help us understand this.
What will matter on your deathbed? Sounds a little morbid, but think about right before you take your last breath - will you be thinking about God’s kingdom and heaven or thinking about your kingdom and how sad you are to leave this earth? This week Jacob and Joseph will leave the pages of Scripture and we will learn why it matters that we end well.
The majority of Americans believe in a pre-tribulation rapture but what if it doesn’t happen that way? What if we have to go through a large portion of the 7 years of tribulation? Will we be ready? After what just happened in Gaza with Hamas I started thinking about why we need to be prepared. Today I will talk to Joel Richardson about this.
Today we start a series in the Gospel of Luke with 10-15 minute lessons for those of you who want to learn the Bible but don’t have as much time as others. Join us as we begin Luke in small bite-sized lessons!
Sometimes we get confused when God moves us, especially when it doesn’t make any sense. Today we will see how this plays out as Jacob and his family have to move from Israel to Egypt and what we learn is this: no matter what is going on in our life, God is with us. God has a plan. God is always working behind the scenes. Join us today as we continue through Genesis.
With everything going on in Israel with Hamas Iran and Hezbollah does that have anything to do with End Times? Is this the beginning of the end? What should we be looking out for next on the prophetic timeline? Today I will talk to Joel Richardson and he will answer these questions for us.
If you were a Volkswagen and you wanted to become a Cadillac – what would you have to do? Would you be considered a Cadillac if you put a Cadillac emblem on your Volkswagen or does something else have to happen? Today we will learn a valuable lesson about what it means to be born of God by that illustration and what we will see is how being born of God is directly related to Jesus stepping out of heaven and coming to this earth. Join us today as we continue through the Gospel of John.
What part of our life have we given to Jesus? Do we give him 1/8 of our life or 1/12th of our life? Do we give Him an hour on Sunday or Wednesday, and the rest is ours? Is He just like a piece of a pie instead of the whole pie? Today in Romans, we will see what Paul says about this, and we will see that as Christians, the Bible says Jesus has to be at the center of the entirety of our lives because if we say we are Christians, that means we are called saints and have a calling on our life. Join us today to see what that looks like.
After we die. What happens for all eternity? Resurrected bodies. The Triumphant Return of Jesus. The 1000-year reign on this earth. The Bema Judgement. The Great White Throne Judgement. The New Heaven and New Earth. Those are some of the events that will take place after we die and it will be amazing!
People are afraid to die. Christians are afraid to die. Why is that? I think it is because we don't know what happens after we die. Do we go to sleep? Do we go to a specific place? What will we do? Will we know people? Will we remember Earth? What does eternity look like for a Christian? Join us for Session 1 of our 2 part series Eternity Timeline.
Evil people.  They seem to be winning but what we will learn today in Psalm 52 is a reminder that God will make sure they don't!
The war in Israel with Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Is this the beginning of the End Times? For the first few minutes of our lesson, we will talk about what is going on in Israel and then we will move into our normal Lesson with this: someone hurt us. We can’t get over it.  Today we will see how we actually CAN get over it and why the Bible says we MUST get over it. We will see this in our lesson as Joseph finally reveals to his brothers who he really is and he does so with the message of forgiveness in his heart.
