State of FloridaFishburne appeals his conviction and death sentence for the murder of Aisha Levy in a Jacksonville apartment. He raises five issues in this appeal.SC2024-1477 Richard Eugene Bishop v. State of FloridaBishop pleaded guilty to the 2018 murders of Richard Mehrtens and Joseph Pepin. The trial court sentenced Bishop to death for both murders. This is the direct appeal of Bishop’s convictions and sentences.
