Description: Joe from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has spent most of his life hunting and fishing the forests of the Appalachian Mountains. In 2017, while leaving the woods just before a snowstorm, he noticed a strange triangular figure standing on a hillside. As he cautiously approached, the shape seemed to change, revealing what looked like two large black eyes staring back at him. Years later, while bow hunting the same mountain, Joe's encounters became much more intense. He describes hearing enormous footsteps circling his tree stand, strange grunts, loud wood knocks, and repeated tapping sounds that followed him through the forest. During one unforgettable encounter, Joe came face to face with a mysterious creature peeking from behind a tree. He describes a being with smooth facial skin, long human-like lips, enormous black eyes, hair surrounding the face, and a distinctive cone-shaped head. Joe returned to the same location week after week, and the strange activity continued. He believes the creature often watched him while he hunted and even made unusual vocalizations whenever deer appeared nearby. The encounters escalated even further when Joe witnessed what he first believed was an enormous black bear. Moments later, he realized it wasn't an ordinary bear at all. Standing eye-to-eye with the massive creature, he noticed an unusual bright white triangular marking on its chest before it suddenly disappeared into the forest. In another astonishing experience, Joe says he watched a massive creature charge and attack a black bear with such force that he could actually feel the impacts through his tree stand.
