Description: In 1887, President Grover Cleveland "infamously" vetoed the Texas Seed Bill. Why? Because it was an unconstitutional move to provide taxpayer funded government "relief" to a targeted group of Americans: Texas farmers suffering from a drought. Cleveland has been subsequently ripped by the left ever since.
